Go Connect Server Information

Minimum Version Required:

2.4.0

Installation Notes:

To perform an installation you will need to first install the CA4000 software and check that it is working (that the PBX connectivity is "active"). In particular, pay attention to the "PBX Link Number" and "PBX Sub App Number" and make sure that they match the dedicated values on the telephone system.
Uncheck UC Functionality on the CA4000 server.

Advisories:

Headset mode does not work entirely as expected. When transferring calls it will leave the handset in a dialtone state.
Analog handsets work but do not provide a full range of control.
Hold is not supported fully. It puts a call on park if attempted and will recall shortly after.
Call direction and/or dialed number may be wrong in some call pickup scenarios.
Handsets in a broadcast huntgroup do not get CTI events until the call is answered by picking up the phone - this will affect call reporting.
