To perform an installation you will need the IP address of the PBX and the Tenant ID.

Requirements:

The IPECS Cloud must be configured to accept connections from the public IP address of the UC server, for the relevant tenant.
Connection over WAN possible but not advised due to limited security of connection (secured by IP address only). We would advise that UC server is local to (same subnet as) the IPECS Cloud server.
SCTI license is required for each extension.

The IPECS cloud is a multi-tenanted cloud PBX. It uses the standard ELG handsets.
