How does it work?
Go Connect works by talking directly to the telephone system and converting the output into a consistent format for applications to use. In addition to this, Go Connect adds a number of
extra features to make telephone systems better and more consistent:
- Fault correction - Go Connect uses intelligent processes to clear out any 'stuck' calls
- Call histories - Logging can be enabled to allow applications access to recent call activity
- User portability - This feature allows users to move between extensions and keep their call history and other information
- Presence data - Applications can easily register for information about users' and extensions' state and availability
- User interface controls - There are a number of user interface controls to allow application developers a faster development cycle
How easy is it to use and develop with?

NO CHANGES to get their applications working with Go Connect.
This is because Go Connect has the ability to impersonate many of the more popular telephone systems and thus partners' applications think that they are still talking to the telephone system that they were designed for!
